
Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of GOGOTEA Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1/4 cup of hot water (175°F)
- 3/4 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar or honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or a milk frother until frothy.
- Heat the milk and froth it using a frother or whisk.
- Pour the matcha into a cup and top with the frothed milk. Sweeten if desired.
