Matcha Latte Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of GOGOTEA Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1/4 cup of hot water (175°F)
  • 3/4 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sugar or honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps.
  2. Add the hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or a milk frother until frothy.
  3. Heat the milk and froth it using a frother or whisk.
  4. Pour the matcha into a cup and top with the frothed milk. Sweeten if desired.
