Shipping Locations
We ship nationwide within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please note that P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders qualify for free shipping when the pre-tax and post-discount total is $49.99 or more.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $7.5 will apply to orders below $49.99.
Order Processing Time
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items.
- Processing times may vary during sales, holiday seasons, or for pre-orders.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
Delivery Time and Tracking
- Delivery days are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- If you do not receive a shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at info@gogotea.us.
Shipping Address and Changes
- Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please email info@gogotea.us as soon as possible.
- Please note that once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any adjustments or redirect it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
GOGOTEA is not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost packages. However, we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
